Refurbishment of Victorian rebated mortice latches and manufacturing new latches for an iconic London institution

AMTLS were approached by an iconic London Institute to refurbish Victorian rebated mortice latches.

The project involved sensitive restoration and detailed knowledge to carry out the refurbishment, and avoided our customer having to replace these attractive and practical Victorian lock sets.

AMTLS were recently commissioned to assist with large, old Chubb Deadlocks. These characterful locks required cleaning and restoring to give a consistently reliable action.

In addition, AMTLS cut and provided new keys.
